Nano fuel additive has fan in Des Moines

Abstract:
After reading an item in the Tech Chronicles last week about a home-brewed, nanotech-based fuel additive, David Meyer, shuttle bus manager at Des Moines (Iowa) International Airport, sent an e-mail to say that he's been testing the concoction for nine weeks and figures he's saved "36 cents per gallon of fuel (based on $2.40 per gallon cost)." The additive, F2-21, was developed by Richard Hicks, president of H2Oil Corp. of Hayward.
