Aviza Technology Announces Multiple System Order From SMIC

Abstract:
Aviza Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:AVZA), a supplier of advanced semiconductor equipment and process technologies for the global semiconductor, compound semiconductor, nanotechnology and other related markets, today announced that it has received multiple system orders from Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation ("SMIC", NYSE: SMI and HKSE: 0981.HK) for the RVP-300plus(TM) and RVP-550(TM) thermal processing systems.
