Carl Zeiss Nano Technology Systems (NTS), a division of Carl Zeiss SMT, and SII NanoTechnology (SIINT), a subsidiary of Seiko Instruments have made a bold move to become a leading force in the emerging field of nanotechnology instrumentation.
