To the Editor: In a Feb. 24 story (Most companies see low impact so far from Tech Valley ventures) about the impact of high-tech investments on local companies, Stephen Picarazzi, general manager of Capital Cities Imported Cars, states: "Can I attribute anything to Tech Valley?
