Semefab Picked for $26M MEMS Facility

Abstract:
Semefab is moving ahead with ambitious plans to create the U.K.’s largest center for the design and development of micro machines and nanosystems with support from a $26 million (15 million pound) investment project from Scottish Enterprise and the DTI.
