New CEO will change the face of Crystal IS

Abstract:
Crystal IS has hired a new CEO to move the company from a research operation to a commercial manufacturer. Ding Day, 55, is the first person from outside Crystal IS to lead the 9-year-old company, which develops products for the semiconductor industry.
