Møller gives world-class microscope
Abstract:
The world's strongest magnifying electron microscope is on its way to the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), promising to make the university a leader in nanotechnology. The microscope will be able to see objects as small as 0.07 nanometers, half the size of a carbon atom.
