Abstract:
Raymor Industries Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RAR) is pleased to announce that it has completed a first tranche of a private placement for 1,666,667 units, representing proceeds of $1,000,000, subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the securities of the Company.
