Abstract:
The past decade might have seen intense interest in developing technologies based on the unique behaviour of nanometer-scale (nanoscale) structures, devices and systems, leading to the rapidly expanding and highly diverse field of nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is now a rapidly growing field of research and development that is cutting across many traditional boundaries.
