Sculptured thin films win Nano50 award

Abstract:
Sculptured thin film technology developed by Akhlesh Lakhtakia, distinguished professor of engineering science and mechanics, has been named a winner in Nanotech Briefs magazine's first annual Nano 50 Awards.
