Qualcomm to roll 65-nm chips in 2006

Abstract:
Hoping to keep up with Texas Instruments Inc. and others in the wireless-baseband market, Qualcomm Inc. said it plans to implement 65-nm process technology for its cellular-phone chipsets starting in the first half of 2006.
