Ultratech Names Motohiko Tahara President and GM

Abstract:
Ultratech, Inc., a leading supplier of lithography and laser-processing systems used to manufacture semiconductors and nanotechnology devices, today announced it has named Motohiko (Mike) Tahara to the position of president and general manager of its Japan subsidiary, Ultratech KK.
