Northwest expands scope of 'Center of Excellence'
Abstract:
"The research center will... contain teaching, research and outreach functions related to plant-made pharmaceuticals, biomass/renewable energy, nanotechnology, specialized agriculture, and allied applications involving geographic information science."
The brochure also said the Center of Excellence would add more than $29 million annually in "direct economic stimulus" and create at least 255 high-paying jobs.
