Nanotech takes its time

Abstract:
Nanosys Inc. remains one of the bellwethers of this high-tech world, and one of its most controversial players.

Nanosys now says it has one product in testing and predicts another should be in the market in two years.

Nanosys expanded from 34 employees last year to 60 today and expects to be at 80 by the end of the year. It also manages 50 issued patents and 300 patent applications.
