$10.2M Gift to Towson University
Abstract:
A $10.2 million gift to Towson University to bolster math and science teaching is likely to have a positive impact on technology and industry statewide, business leaders say.
Nanotechnology ... also is likely to get a boost. Towson University formed a nanotechnology lab nine years ago. Even though no funds from the gift have yet been earmarked for the lab, its leader sees considerable upside.
