O'Gara buys 2nd firm in master plan

Abstract:
O'Gara, which acquired Sensor Technology Systems Inc., a Beavercreek, Ohio, maker of military night-vision goggles, in 2003, said Thursday it had purchased Diffraction Ltd., a Waitsfield, Vt., developer of electro-optics and nanotechnology products.
