Fujitsu Develops World's First Semiconductor Optical Amplifier
Abstract:
Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Laboratories Limited today announced the development of the world's first semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) enabling waveform re-shaping of high-speed optical signals at 40Gbps by using quantum dots.
