NVE Awarded DoD Contract
Abstract:
NVE Corporation announced today that it has been awarded a one-year contract for approximately $400,000 by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to develop ultra-sensitive spin-dependent tunneling (SDT) sensor systems.
