Von Ehr on premature nano regulation, excessive patents
Abstract:
Sonia Miller of the New York Law Journal interviews big names in nanotech on Law.com. Excerpts: "Q [to Jim Von Ehr]: Do you believe nanotechnology should be regulated?] A: I believe in markets. Sometimes you have to regulate where there is a market failure. There is no market failure in nanotechnology. It's too early to regulate.
