Advance Nanotech Completes $20 Million Financing

Abstract:
Advance Nanotech, Inc., a company specializing in the acquisition and commercialization of nanotechnology, today announced the final closing of a $20 million financing of common stock and the formation of, and initial appointments to, the Company's Corporate Advisory Board.
