Nanogen and Epoch Biosciences Stockholders Vote in Favor of Merger

Abstract:
Nanogen, Inc., developer of advanced diagnostic products, announced that stockholders approved the issuance of shares of Nanogen common stock pursuant to the merger agreement with Epoch Biosciences at Nanogen's special meeting of stockholders completed earlier today.
