Bruker AXS and Albany NanoTech Form R&D Alliance
Abstract:
Bruker AXS Inc. and Albany NanoTech announced today that they entered into a cooperative agreement for atomic level X-ray characterization and metrology. Under this agreement, Bruker AXS will provide to Albany NanoTech its cutting-edge Diffraction Solution – the D8 DISCOVER for 300mm Wafers. This new tool allows accurate structural characterization of nanolayers from 0.1 to 1000 nm.
