Lund University and Obducat

Abstract:
In 1998 Professor Lars Montelius at the Nanometer consortium at Lund University, gathered together a group of top scientists in Europe and launched an EU-application, that addressed the bold question whether or not it would be possible to make large area nanoimprint lithography.
