Spansion to devise combo NOR/NAND flash technology
Abstract:
Spansion plans to sample the industry's first 90-nm, 1-gigabit NOR device in early 2005. The venture also said it plans to scale its flash-memory technology to 8-gigabit densities, based on a 65-nm process.
