UMaine opens state-of-the-art lab

Abstract:
UMaine's 24-year-old Laboratory for Surface Science & Technology will officially open its new digs on Friday. The $16 million state-of-the-art building is in the middle of the Orono campus and boasts a 3,500-square-foot clean room as its centerpiece.
