Quesant introduces combination STM/AFM system

Abstract:
Quesant Instrument Corporation has introduced its new combination STM/AFM system that enables users to combine any of its Q-Scope (TM) large sample capable scanning probe microscopes with its new research quality Universal SPM (TM) adding atomic resolution STM and AFM.
