Nano Assembly

Abstract:
Taiwan's first domestically designed inductively-coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition (ICP-CVD) system for self-assembly of carbon nanotube-based field emission devices (CNT-FEDs) has been successfully developed by a team of researchers from National Taiwan University, National Tsing Hua University and Chung Yuan Christian University.
