Feds strengthen ties with University of Illinois

Abstract:
In addition, the U of I's Springfield campus signed a separate agreement to work with the Commerce Department's Office of Technology Policy on legal, job-training and other non-technological issues related to the development of nanotechnology, the promising science of creating structures and mechanisms at the atomic level.
