Foolish Thoughts

Abstract:
It’s a little perturbing to see on one hand figures from the European Commission indicating that Europe is outspending the US in terms of nanotechnology research funding, and then find that over at Motley Fool, a partnership between Nokia and Kopin "has reinforced the view that Europe is falling behind the nano curve."
