Albany NanoTech gets a new tenant
Abstract:
The state university's Albany NanoTech research site has a new tenant: EV Group, an Austrian supplier of wafer-bonding and lithography equipment. EV Group announced Sept. 8 that it was moving its East Coast operations from Cranston, R.I., to the Albany NanoTech facility.
