EV Group Expands North American Operations

Abstract:
EV Group, a leading supplier of wafer-bonding and lithography equipment, today announced that it is expanding its operations in North America in response to increased business and customer demand. EV Group Inc., the company's U.S. subsidiary, will combine its headquarters, Technology Center and Customer Support Division in the ASU Research Park in Tempe, Ariz.
