Chip firms invest in nanotech
Abstract:
Advanced Micro Devices and Infineon Technologies, which already have chip plants in Dresden, plan to invest E170 million over the next five years in a center for nanotechnology research there. The companies signed a memorandum of understanding on the investment, the equivalent of $205 million, at a news conference in Dresden on Monday.
