Harris & Harris Group, Inc. Announces Follow-on Public Offering

Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TINY) today announced that it has priced a follow-on public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $11.25 per share for estimated net proceeds of approximately $31.7 million. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of its common stock from the company solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
