NIST opens high-tech lab in Gaithersburg

Abstract:
Two Maryland construction companies have built what the federal government calls one of the world's most technically advanced research facilities. The National Institute of Standards and Technology on Monday formally opened its new $235 million, 536,507-square-foot Advanced Measurement Laboratory on its Gaithersburg campus.
