USC will add 100 faculty members

Abstract:
USC will hire 100 new faculty members over the next three years to bolster the university’s efforts to become a premier research school. The new hires mean USC will be filling six times that many faculty positions in a relatively short time. The new research faculty members are expected to be hired largely in the university’s targeted areas of biomedical, nanotechnology and fuel cell and environmental research.
