SEMI Announces Roster of Speakers for NanoForum 2004

Abstract:
SEMI(R) today released its roster of keynote speakers and companies that will make presentations during SEMI
NanoForum(TM) 2004, the first international conference for business leaders and technical experts in nanotechnology and the semiconductor equipment, materials and services industry. The conference will be November 14-17 at the new Austin Hilton Hotel.
