Altair Nanotechnologies Announces New Board of Director Appointments

Abstract:
Altair Nanotechnologies, Inc., a company engaged in developing nanomaterials, titanium dioxide pigment technology, and materials science focused on nanostructures, today announced the appointment of Dr. Christopher E. Jones to its board of directors. The company also announced the appointment of current board member, Jon N. Bengston, to the position of interim chairman of the board, replacing former chairman William P. Long. These appointments will be effective May 1, 2004.
