Are Nanobots Fiction or Reality?

Abstract:
Chris Phoenix: Nanotechnology is a diverse collection of fields. It promises many things that haven't been built yet, such as molecular electronic computers, new kinds of medicine, and nanobots. As far as we know, nanobots are quite possible - no more "fictional" than the others.
