Research Teams License Memory Cell Technology

Abstract:
In the first transactions fulfilling its promise to bridge the gap between university research and commercialization, The Deshpande Center for Technological Innovation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology today announced the formation of a new biotechnology company and the licensing of new semiconductor memory cell technology based on primary research funded by the Center.
