nanoElectronics & Photonics Forum Conference

Abstract:
Due to popular demand, the nanoElectronics and Photonics Forum is pleased to announce its 3nd major event: a full day conference April 15, 2004, at the Palo Alto offices of Townsend, Townsend & Crew, 379 Lytton Ave, Palo Alto, CA. This is an open invitation for researchers, startup companies, joint ventures, and others actively engaged in the development of nanotechnology enabled electronic and photonic devices, integrated platforms, fabrication processes and techniques.
