New CD assists nanotechnology researchers

Abstract:
A new CD, containing a variety of tests common to nanotechnology researchers, is now available free from Keithley. The Nanotech Toolkit includes a set of measurement software tools that are compatible with the company´s Model 4200-SCS Semiconductor Characterisation System to assist nanotechnology researchers in making very precise, complex electrical measurements.
