DoD Awards $43.5M for University Research

Abstract:
The Department of Defense (DoD) plans to award $43.5 million to support the purchase of research instrumentation at many national academic institutions, including several in the Carolinas and Georgia with multiple grants. ... and N.C. State University with three for optical probe for radio-frequency photonics and waveguide characterization, gas chromatography and mass spectrometry for membrane transport, and fabrication and characterization of metallic nanostructures used in sensors.
