MFIC Corporation Announces Closing of Private Placement Offering

Abstract:
MFIC Corporation announced today a closing of the previously announced private placement of investment units (each unit comprised of one share of the Company's common stock and a 3-year warrant to purchase 1/2 share of common stock). The units were priced at $2.50, and the gross proceeds to the Company were approximately $2.73 million.
