SurgRx Secures $4.5 Million in Third Round Funding

Abstract:
SurgRx, a developer of proprietary nanotechnology designed to control the delivery of electro surgical energy in surgical sealing instruments, announced today that it has received $4.5 million in C round funding from Prospect Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on investments in biomedical and healthcare innovation. This announcement follows on the heels of the Company's announcement last month that it received $5 million in second round financing from California Technology Ventures.
