H&H Announces Proposed Shelf Registration of 3,000,000 Shares

Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TINY) today announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form N-2 with respect to 3,000,000 shares of its Common Stock. Upon the effective date, the Common Stock may be offered at prices and on terms to be set forth in one or more supplements to the prospectus. All of the shares will be offered by Harris & Harris Group. Harris & Harris Group intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to make initial and follow-on venture capital investments and for working capital.
