A Fusion of Ideas

Abstract:
The future of UC Berkeley lies in the gaping hole that will one day become seven-story Stanley Hall. By last May, they had whittled the possibilities down to five finalists - computational biology, nano-sciences and nano-engineering, regional and metropolitan studies, new media, and “The Future of the Planet."
