Nanobio gets $3.2M, spins off Nanocure

Abstract:
NanoBio Corp., an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based firm specializing in nanotechnology-based pharmaceuticals, announced it has received a $3.2 million federal contract and is spinning off a company. The U.S. Defense Department contract will be used to continue NanoBio's development of its antimicrobial nanoemulsions, which incorporate nanoparticles for biodefense and drug delivery applications.
