Nano Bill Promises Real Results
Abstract:
In a move likened to President John F. Kennedy's push to land on the moon by the end of the 1960s, President George W. Bush on Wednesday authorized nearly $4 billion for research and development over the next four years for nanotechnology, the manipulation of matter at the atomic scale. Contrary to many of the grand gestures made by presidents and congresses past, the 21st Century Nanotechnology Research and Development Act that Bush signed might just live up to its potential.
