Molecular Imprints, Inc. Secures Hakuto as Investor

Abstract:
Molecular Imprints, Inc. (MII) has reached an investment and collaboration agreement with Hakuto Co., Ltd., a Tokyo based international distributor and manufacturer of electronic components, manufacturing machinery, optical products and industrial chemicals. Hakuto has agreed to make an equity investment in MII and has also obtained the exclusive rights to distribute MII's Imprio imprint lithography equipment in Japan. The Hakuto investment is part of MII's Series B $30 million funding round.
