NSF and SRC Form Partnership to Research Nanoelectronics
Today, in an effort to support the industry's work in making semiconductors faster, denser, and cheaper, the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) signed a "statement of principles" outlining a partnership to support university research for future technologies.
